High Efficiency Final Filter - Self Propelled WindTunnel. This hard-frame pleated filter is Hoover model # 40110001. Also referred to as filter 43613021. Hoover final filter non-HEPA 1 pack for self-propelled Hoover WindTunnel vacuum cleaners. Frame may be black or white. The filter fits inside the filter door on the side of self-propelled WindTunnel uprights. The filter measures 10 7/16" x 3 5/16" x 1/2". It is not a HEPA filter and does not fit non-self-propelled WindTunnels.
